Véronique Deschepper is an emerging Belgian painter with over twenty years of experience. A graduate in fine arts, she refined her mastery of pigments through the restoration of artworks during her studies at the Charleroi Academy of Fine Arts.Passionate about sharing her knowledge, she also established a multidisciplinary workshop for children, where she imparts her love of art to the younger generation.
Véronique’s works are characterised by a subtle exploration of space, matter, and the horizon. Her paintings, primarily created with oil on canvas using spalter brushes, stand out for their fine-layered gradients that evoke a sense of calm and serenity.The artist creates a world where abstraction and representation coexist harmoniously, inviting the viewer to engage in inner contemplation.
Véronique draws her inspiration from her numerous travels, particularly to the Far North and Africa. These experiences enrich her palette and fuel a sensitive and introspective imagination, evident in every brushstroke. Her works evoke infinite horizons and ethereal clouds, creating landscapes that are both real and imaginary.
